Particular ways
Her body is alive

She is dealing with
The universal
Human experience
Of a body that is not
Working as it used to
But it is her first time
At this particular stage

It’s also my first time
And some days I
Am not very good at it
And other days
I’m quite accomplished

She is a dealing with a lot
And she continues to be
A lot
A very wonderful lot of
Human goodness
